Product Owner
The Product department at LineTen is tasked with identifying, understanding, contextualising, and prioritising user needs. We seek to find unarticulated needs that can be transformative if addressed by way of our agile development process, where we iterate quickly based on real-world feedback, ensuring our products align closely with what our users truly want and need. Our role extends to coordinating with various departments - primarily the development team, who bring our concepts to life, to the operations and commercial teams with whom we work to manage client expectations.
We believe we can only extract value up to the amount of value we provide to our clients - and the amount of value we provide to clients is the direct result of the degree to which our products meet their needs. The better we understand and meet our users' needs, the happier they are and the more value we can extract. To ensure we’re meeting our users’ needs, we operate a continuous cycle of feedback and improvement and our roadmap remains flexible to constantly evolve.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be primarily focused on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the development team delivers solutions that meet both functional and technical needs.

Architecture Planning: Define and evolve the product architecture, making informed decisions about the technology stack, infrastructure, and design patterns.
Agile Development: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, providing technical guidance to the development team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Work with QA engineers to define test strategies, validate technical implementations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Risk Management: Identify technical risks and dependencies early in the development process, proactively addressing issues to minimise impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimise the performance of the product, identifying opportunities for scalability, efficiency, and reliability improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, tooling updates, and knowledge-sharing activities.
